The Palmer Cake Cutting Systems:

The Adjustable Saw Cutter is for use on cakes removed from pans.  This is the most practical system for softer cakes.  The cutters are stored at the end of the frame and are positioned in the notches spaced at 1/2" intervals.  The cake is cut one direction and then turned and cut again.
